Unforgivable Sin

I was studying my bible, and came across something I never knew before, and I would like to share it with you. Many of you may already now about the unforgivable sin, but for those of you that don't I would like to share it with you.
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.(Matthew 12:31)
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. (Matthew 12:32)
The Lord, Jesus Christ is telling us in his own words that blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is a unforgivable sin. He is telling us that whoever speaks against the Son of man ( Jesus Christ) it will be forgiving, but to slander the Holy Spirit in an unforgivable sin. God takes this very seriously. We first need to look and differentiate the meanings between blasphemy, and insulting the Holy Spirt (Holy Ghost). When we insult the Holy Spirit we are disobeying Him willfully. There are many of us that do this. For an example you curse, and when you curse the Holy Spirit is going to work in you by convicting you of your sin. If you willfully keep on cursing without confessing to the Lord, this would constitute a direct insult to the Holy Spirit, but would be forgiving if you confess. The reason why is because if you continue to curse, you are willfully ignoring the Holy Spirit's interaction with your soul. If you repent, your sins will be cleansed, if not the Holy Spirit will work on you until you do or you will quench the Holy Spirit. He will be there but silently.

Now blasphemy is to slander the Holy Spirit, mock, scoff, and make fun of him willfully. This can't be forgiven, and it is pretty logical why not if you think about it. If you slander the Lord, Jesus Christ, it is forgivable because the Holy Spirit can work in your heart so that you will hopefully confess of your sins and be washed anew. If a sinner blasphemes the Holy Spirit, then their would be no grounds for the Holy Spirit to convict you of your sins, because you are sinning against the one that would make you realize you were a sinner. Thus, there would be no room for redemption.

A lot of people who know this are scared that they have already committed this unforgivable sin, but its easy to find out if you have or have not blasphemed against the Holy Spirit. One, do you feel sorrow when you sin? Two, do you have a sincere heart and constanly try not to sin? And three, do you have a guilty conscience? I believe that if you can answer yes to any of these questions then you have not committed this sin. I hope this helps you out.

Dangers of the Tongue

James 3:6 KJV
And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and is set on fire of hell.
The words that we speak are very important. Satan uses our words to bring us down, and make us feel like we can never be good enough for Jesus Christ. The words that we speak is a doorway to our heart. The tongue can be a very dangerous thing. Feelings can be hurt, wars can start, and our mind can be persuaded through manipulation to believe satan's lies; all through the use of words. We should then take great care in what we say to others, and the consequences of our words.
But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. (James 3:8 KJV)
Challenge: I challenge you today not to use foul language, or insult others in their presence or behind their back. Think about the consequences of what you say before you actually speak to people, and if you slip ask for the Lords forgiveness right way. I assure you that it will brighten up your day, and the Lord will bless you.

A Free Gift

God has created a way for us to inherit his Kingdom, and have the promise of eternal [FOREVER] salvation, and live forever in perfection. The best part is its FREE. The Bible does tell us that there is a heaven and a hell. Sinners that die with out salvation are subjected to God's wrath, which is to be tormented forever in hell, but sinners that have been redeemed through God's amazing grace by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal savior, have a promise of eternal life in heaven. I would like to share this gift with you.

First we need to turn to our bibles and look at Romans 3:23. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23 KJV). Simply put we are all born sinners and can't save ourselves from hell by our own means. As it is written, THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NO, NOT ONE: (Romans 3:10 KJV). None of us deserve inheritance into God's Kingdom. We're all like filthy rags full of sin, and lust after the flesh (worldly desires).

For the wages sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23 KJV) Because of our sin we deserve death. That is to say physical and spiritual, meaning our soul will be cast into the "the lake of fire" (Rev 20:15). We can receive the gift of God only through his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and no one else. But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8 KJV). Jesus Christ's death was vicarious, that is, He did not die merely for our benefit, BUT IN OUR PLACE. His death was a substitutionary sacrifice. Jesus Christ paid the full price for our sins. He suffered so we wouldn't be tormented forever and ever. This demonstrates God's perfect love that He would sacrifice His only son for His creations' well being.

For WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED(Romans 10:13 KJV) In order for us to be heirs of God's kingdom, we must pray and believe that the only way we can have eternal life is through Jesus Christ's crucifixion on the Cross of Calvary. We must believe in our heart, soul, and mind that Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sins. That he died and rose again on the third day, and that we can't save ourselves, only through Jesus can we have salvation, and the eternal peace that we long for.

If you want to know for sure that when you die you will have a home in heaven please pray a prayer like this, and believe it with your whole being.

Father, I need You. Thank You for sending your only begotten Son to die on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. In Jesus' name I pray Amen.

If you said a prayer like this and recieved Jesus Christ in your heart please e-mail me and let me know.
